Who is Cristina Gheorghiu?

10 years ago, Business Analysis was a very well defined profession for me, with clear boundaries, as opposed to other professions, like Project Management or System Architecture. Nowadays, Business Analysis is no longer an isolated profession. It is a mix of product development skills, communication and coaching skills, as well as business domain knowledge. How can all these be put together and keep people happy? This is an art within an agile, open, flexible context. My job today is to find the balance between people, process and objectives.
